Ms. Bobak will discuss her Director's Guild Award Winning career as a Director and 1st Assistant Director on such films as Titanic, The Fugitive, The Last of the Mohicans, Minority Report and others.
The workshop will cover professional considerations of top level filmmakers including James Cameron, Steven Spielberg and others in an informal interview format with plenty of time for Q&A from the audience.
This is the second of a series of film production workshops of interest to professionals, amateurs, aspiring filmmakers and the general public. (The first, in 2009 was Dwayne Buckle, award-winning independent filmmaker discussing how he produced "The Minority" an award-winning feature made for under $80,000.)
