Mark Twain
Mark Twain
Samuel L. Clemens lived in Buffalo, New York for two years. He was editor of the Buffalo Express newspaper. Before he left, he donated the handwritten manuscript of Huckleberry Finn to the Buffalo and Erie County Library which he helped to found. This priceless manuscript is still there in a special display. Huckleberry Finn is generally considered one of the greatest American novels. It was part of the life work of Leslie Fiedler, another famous Buffalo author.
Amazon.Com lists 7,439 editions of Huckleberry Finn and books relating to Huckleberry Finn. Think about reading one of them if you never have before, and if you have, perhaps you'll read it again!
