A Few comments.
Buffalo is NOT Antarctica.The infamous Blizzard of 1977 crippled the entire Northeastern US and much of Ontario, Canada, but for some reason (was it Johnny Carson and some newspapers?) Buffalo was singled out. And it is not in the Top Ten Storms of the Century.
There are LOTS of places to go SKIING in Buffalo, especially CROSS-COUNTRY Skiing. Cheaper than Aspen.
